PERPETUAL CLASS ROOM:DE-STRESS FOR SUCCESS IN LIFE:12-9-06
Modern life is peculiar for young and old, child and adult, man and woman.
The life becomes very fast. It is always complained as if 24 hours a day is not enough for a day.
The result is STRESS – PHYSICAL, MENTAL & INTELLECTUAL.
Then life becomes an ordeal. Sense of discomfort and failure start haunting you. You fail to develop relations and maintain it. Then you feel lonely.There will be discomfort, conflict and confrontation in all your relations and spheres of activities.You stand at cross roads in domestic and official fronts.
Deliberate stress management is needed to DE - STRESS and make you successful in life.
Do you want to destress yourself and enjoy successful life?
Here are a series of TIPS to make you destress and become successful.
I am offering this section because some of my former students, I think sree, denisy , smita ? , asked for a topic on stress management.
1.FIND GOODNESS IN HIM/HER :24-10-06
God created human with a pinch of HIS OWN GOODNESS. So every man and woman has that GOD given good qualities: kindness, talent, love, care and character within him/her. Unfortunately you fail to identify that good qualities in others .
You think that others around you do not have the qualities : kindness, talent, love, care and character that you desperately seek.
Then you become STRESSED.
You feel lonely and unhappy. You become short tempered and agitated.
You start loosing your talent .You think that all these misshapenness are due to people around .Is it really true?
Remember GOD is kind enough to give a pinch of all his good qualities to human.
So LOOK DEEP… DEEP INTO THE EYES of your friend to find out the GOODNESS.
You can see there shining crystals of goodness in people around you.
RECOGONISE it and enjoy the miracle of joy.
Recognition makes your friend happy. You will also be HAPPY.
Happiness is contagious.
HAPPINESS TRANSMITS FROM ONE PERSON TO OTHER.
2.BE A GOOD LISTENER:12-11-06
Human being has multifaceted personality. He/She has multiple functions to carry out.
He/She has multiple roles to perform.
Playing and performance are different in the sense that performance is an integration of physic, intellect and soul. In performance you can do that little extra to make action perfect.
You all intend to become perfect.
Remember, human is a social being.
So you have to perform in domestic and social fronts. There you interact with young and old; youth and adult; man and woman; kith and kin; friend and enemy; familiar and unfamiliar; boss and subordinate etc etc..
See , your circle is very big.
If you are not careful in interacting with such a big audience, sure , you may derail. Stress again!Don’t worry.
Here is a sweet tablet. Chew it deliciously.
SEEK OPINION!.
Your every word and action affect some of these people around you directly or indirectly.
If your word or action causes discomfort to any one of them, you will inturn become uncomfortable. So seek opinion from the people who is going to be affected by your word or deed.
When others talk and open up their mind , you be an ACTIVE LISTENER.
Active listener is one who encourages the speaker by his simple involments.
The speaker will be happy ---he/she will open up his mind to you.
Thus you ensure his/her support .
Remember – happiness transmits.
Now keep in mind his/her wishes when you perform.
Go STRAIGHT! Always turn RIGHT in all WAYS!!

3.Discover yourself & be successful.:2012-06

Dear Students,We live in a highly competitive world. Where ever you are , you need to be prepared to face challenges from a competitor from any other part of the world.
This may be a fall out of globalization.
So the modern youth needs to be competent.
He need to have attributes and skills to match his counterpart elsewhere in the globe.
The modern youth therefore needs to develop a global outlook.
India has a very vast higher education system. There are 17000 colleges in our country where 100 lakh students are getting educated.
But please understand that 100 lakhs of students are only 6-7 percent of the youth in the age group 17-21.
So every one of you belong to that lucky few to get the light of education to enlighten your path.
Education is for emancipation.
Education should inculcate nectar of qualities in your life.
As a true teacher I believe that this is yet another opportunity given by God to instill in you Good thoughts.
A man is always his thoughts.
God has created every one of us with ample potentials to become successful in life. We need to develop an insight to identify the potentials and make proper use of it.
Have you heard of humming bird. It is the smallest bird. It has weight one tenth of a pound.
It cannot fly high in the sky or dive like an eagle.
But remember it can swing its wings 75 times per second and drink nectar from flower in swinging position.
You know Ostrich, the biggest bird. It cannot fly.
But it can run with a speed 50 miles per hour with strides of 15 ft.
It can beat its enemy in that way.
Both the birds are successful with the God given qualities in their life.
Please have introspection and look out for your better attributes.
Discover yourself.
Discover the strength in you, unleash the power within you and Become successful.
